12/28/16 Netflix DVD.
This is a wow, is that true story. Is that really how the US Government procures armaments, can two fly by night characters really get a $300.000.000 contract.
Well written and well acted this roughly 2 hour movie pretty much flew buy. Calling it a comedy is a bit of a stretch unless you call the government a comedy.
Fun to watch.
