Dozed off during the last 20 minutes by accident. I'll re-watch the ending but everything I saw before that was pretty darn funny for the most part. I was laughing a lot at many of the scenes. There was, however, one scene I was kind of embarrassed to watch and that was Paul Rudd psyching himself up to have sex with a beautiful hippie. He's staring in the mirror, talking about his penis in very weird voices with occasionally Southern accent inflections. It was sooo weird and, while amusing for the first 15 seconds, grew painful to watch and the scene that follows directly afterwards is just as bad. So bad that I started to actually dislike his character and become annoyed with who he was becoming in this environment. I don't think I've ever felt that while watching ANY movie, ever. It was very odd.

I think I kind of agree with some assessments that the movie is a little messy and scattershot, particularly in the middle where there really isn't a clear attention to actual plot. Most of the time it just showcases the antics at the hippie commune: running amuck, nudity, taking drugs, doing weird things, strange characters, etc. I'm going to definitely have to watch the ending though to get a better review and see where the movie goes because, judging from the events preceding those 20 minutes I missed, it isn't clear where the movie is heading.
