Never thought animation can deliver anything close to as dramatic as a live action movie, I was immensely wrong, Waltz with Bashir delivers as one of the dramatic war movie in recent history. Each flashback has its own little story, with more facts about the war.
the climax scene is beyond amazing, with numerous jaw dropping action sequences and a lot more scene where violence is assumed but not showed; and those were the most impactful scenes. the massacre was perfectly portrayed with minimum bloodshed viewed on screen, and most of all the real footage of the muslim woman was just perfect.
it made an impact on u, that lingered long after the movie is over. bravo!
