No question this film was powerful, but ultimately I felt it was too disjointed to truly move me. The unique animation style suited the film perfectly, and I liked the documentary-esque style in which the film was.
. filmed; it worked really well. That scene at the end with the real world footage hit me hard. Wish I'd known a bit more about the Lebanon/Israeli war going in, though.
