Review of Waltz with Bashir (2008) by Sarfaraz A — 01 Mar 2012
Waltz With Bashir turns out to be wonderful animation documentary-like film. Its take on the plot of genocide of Palestinians that took place in camps under control of Israeli forces, was put too positive to Israel's point of view.
I would call it unbiased film because, then, it also carries message of how innocent people get killed in the war, which is what makes this animation movie worth-watching. It doesn't simply impose upon you that one side gets hurt whilst the others triumph.
Ari Folman's direction makes brilliant use of background on the film, it is unique in its style. What impressed me about the film is that it goes without boring you and whole of the time we envision about circumstances leading to embarrassment of humanity at the hands of criminals, who are so much madly into wiping out communities.
