Review of Waltz with Bashir (2008) by Phil P — 19 Feb 2013
What starts off as a slow monument to post-war psychological state becomes an explosive retelling of soldiers and others' memories revolving war in the Middle East. Every image and artistic sequence is suggestive and contemplates on itself, aiming towards a greater goal in the end of it.
It's ambitious and the animation is superb.
