Fascinating (albeit a bit long) documentary about Walt Disney (and El Grupo, his group of animators, artists, etc.) who were commissioned by the U.S. Government to go to Latin America on a "good will tour" to bolster support for the U.
S. against Germany. The artwork done by El Grupo is amazing and the way the film documents the period with photographs, archival film footage and current images to note the changes is fantastic. Worth checking out for fans of Disney, but also for those interested in documentaries, art, Latin culture and history.
