Review of Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010) by Nelson P — 19 Apr 2011
A true and genuine sequel to the original, that is in my opinion equal in every way. Shia LaBeouf is a great replacement for Charlie Sheen, he commands the screen with even more intensity and cut throat-ness.
It was also great to see Michael Douglas back in action as Gordan Gekko, recapturing the same charm and ruthlessness that made him an icon. I really loves that this one not only made a moral statement but also a strong and concrete political one as well.
In no way is it a improvement or better than the original, but it matches its quality and relevance in society.
