As a big fan of the original Wall Street, I liked that they took the sequel in a different direction. They added another dimension to the saga of Gordon Gecko. Instead of having the story take place in the office, it took place in the real world.
The dynamic between Michael Douglas and Shia LaBeouf was good. Add in the drama with Gordon's daughter/ Shia's fiance and the story has many levels. I really enjoyed Josh Brolin's acting in this movie as well.
