Money Never Sleeps is quite entertaining to watch, mainly because of Mulligan's powerful performance, and keeps you wondering what is going to happen next. Even who don't even have to know much about Wall Street can grasp its nastiness.
But its too compromising ending, lack of focus and poor characterization causes this lukewarm feeling of detachment.
