Not as interesting as the original movie but Michael Douglas is able to carry it on and make it still an engaging film. This movie is able to take on two different aspects: a love story and the basis of the first, which makes it an overall success.
I don't know how the ratings between the two movies can differ. They both deserve good ratings.
