Review of WALL·E (2008) by Jamey P — 23 Mar 2016
This, like a lot of Pixar work, is a fantastic little movie. The beauty of the visuals is rivaled by the beauty of the story, which works on so many levels I think it's actually many different complete films wrapped up in one.
Usually this means a film is complex and heavy but nothing could be further from the truth for Wall-E, which is a study in film elegance. When you love what you do, like Lasseter does, it shows.
