The animation is beautiful. Would have made a good short but as a full length feature it's repetitive and boring. Some young children will have a hard time sitting through this one quietly. Once the dialogue begins the movie dies.
Would have been better left as a love story and not the sophomoric moralistic tale it morphed into. It will however, end up looking glorious on blu ray.
