Review of Walk the Line (2005) by Amy R — 10 Aug 2010
It's frustrating to hear Cash's songs sung by someone who isn't Cash, no matter how accomplished the impersonation. More than anything, it made me want to go back and listen to the original versions of all those wonderful songs.
.. That said, th movie itself wasn't bad, and does give a decent sense of Cash as passionate, moody, charming, self-destructive, and a bit of a poseur.
