Review of Walk of Shame (2014) by Victor C — 23 Aug 2014

I have a celebrity crush on Elizabeth Banks which is why I decided to pick this up and the concept seemed pretty funny. It is funny at the beginning then you just begin to feel badly for her and realize that people suck.

Instead of laughing I began cringing for her and realizing I was no longer enjoying this movie but couldn't wait for it to be over. I was no longer laughing and instead I was feeling sorry for her character.

I was expecting some great wrap up scene with an eloquently written monologue by her making the journey you just went through with her worth it..... There really wasn't one. This movie could've been hilarious and I love Elizabeth Banks and her running around in that dress almost made it worth it.

I needed something more at the end some sort of heart to make the journey worth something. Walk of shame felt like a walk of shame and left me feeling unfulfilled and empty.
