Review of Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007) by Rowans — 02 Jan 2008
I found myself near a movie theatre with 10 dollars and nothing to do, and out of the six films playing, this was what I chose to see. Knowing the basic story, and knowing Judd Appatow was involved I chose to see it.
This is more like Anchorman then anything else He's been involved with for certain, and I was pleasantly surprised considering how unfunny the trailers and commercials were. Very tongue in cheek, and some awesome performances from John C.
Reilly and Tim Meadows. Overall, not a great movie, but a fun movie that was worth the 5.50 matinee I payed to see it.
