I guess it deserves to be watched just because there is more than enough effort put in by all. Maybe it loses a bit of steam towards the end but after seeing the trailer I expected a lot worse. Overall, there will be enough moments that will make you laugh out loud, which will out weigh the moments that suck and if you are a music fan you will appreciate some of the nods to some contemporary artists life and times.
Its a good comedy.
