Review of Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007) by Mikhail B — 02 Nov 2011
Absurd satire on rock Bohema covering literally every sin there is in a typical rock star life. Starts with 5-year-old Dewey cutting his talented brother in half with a machete. The father grieves that the wrong kid was killed.
Through the movie Dewey tries to convince everybody, his ghost-brother included, on the opposite. He screws up every now and then, but basically manages to live a worthy life proving his father wrong.
