I'm quite disappointed with what I discovered from this very revealing documentary (thus, the high rating). to think that I spend most of my time shopping at their stores during my days off. oh well, that's what I get for having a completely inexistent social life! it left me thinking that how could some of the wealthiest families in the world could be so irresponsible, inconsiderate and disrespectful.

this was released in 2005 and i'm truly hoping that a lot of improvements have happened in the lives of their so-called associates and the safety of their patrons. :|.
