Review of Wal-Mart: The High Cost of Low Price (2005) by Jennifer T — 09 Oct 2012
For most of us this documentary really just points out the obvious. However you have to understand the sort of damage Wal-Mart did to the unsuspecting people who did not know any better. We know-it-alls just bitterly write it off but this sort of evil hurts the poor and the ignorant, the ones that are supposed to be protected.
I'm not saying I take everything said in this film as true but they do supply good evidence in the numbers. Also if you've worked retail before you've seen nothing compared to how Wal-Mart treats its employees, the poor working-class who don't have access to better and easier jobs.
