Brilliant. The first great documentary of 2010. At a time when Disney Animation appeared extinct, a rebirth unfolded which rejuvenated the industry and created a renaissance within the company, culminating in classics like Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King.
In addition to pioneering countless technological advancements in digital cinema, this period in Disney's history also led to the rise of Pixar and the creation of Dreamworks. A very astute look at the makings of modern animation.
