I can dig a movie with ideas, but I can't dig a movie with ideas that don't go anywhere. Maybe part of the reason I didn't like this movie was because I didn't really buy the premises of most of what these people are saying.

But I'm not really a fan of disliking a movie just because I don't agree with the ideas. I think the movie loses us in its lack of direction. We can talk about dreams and reality all we want, but until you put something behind it, some emotion, some stakes (like Inception, for example), you're not going to hook me in.
