Yeah, it was a kinda cool concept as necromancy is pretty interesting and something you don't mess around with and as a parent myself I would never want to imagine the grief they went through and it would be natural to want to spend more time with your child and properly say goodbye. Obviously things escalate at an alarming, horrific rate and eventually it became a little boring for me.

The ending is kinda left open to us but I think we all knew Patrick's intention and that was pretty dark.
