Review of Wake Up Sid (2009) by Adnan A — 09 Dec 2009

Well it always looked predictable and it is very predictable. But that's not my complaint, because such movie can be still made interesting. However, after a good start it fails to do just that, and actually felt slower and longer than it really was. It misses out on good dialogue or intense scenes (the Anupam and Ranbir argument was the only highlight in the entire movie). Both Ranbir and Konkona did a really good job. It's nice to see Bollywood still picks actresses for their acting ability (very rare).

But I will give this movie credit for attempting to make something mature atleast even though anyone can guess to the core what will happen.

Overall, a predictable movie with good acting, but ultimately just not entertaining enough to warrant multiple viewings. One time watch.
