Review of Wake Up Sid (2009) by Cezz-Whiz K — 18 Apr 2010

I watched it last night and I can say this ain't an eye opener but still refreshing. A beautiful movie which deserves to be watched with an open perspective. The movie has a decent slice of life story, pretty good characterization, good direction and most importantly no villains.The acting is top notch. Ranbir, Konkana,Supriya Pathak & Anupam Kher all perform exceptionally well. There are no plastic emotions here,every thing seems pretty much connected with our daily lives........

Wake Up Sid tells a story to which probably all youngsters especially Indian youngsters can relate to. I found myself in the movie, in Ranbirs acting, in Ayaan Mukherji's direction. Wake Up Sid is about a phase in life which we all have to deal with/have dealt with. All in all itz a wonderfully directed film.
