Possibly the most amazing film I've ever seen come out of Australia, Wake in Fright is a film that needs to be seen while drinking.
Never have I seen so much alcohol consumed in one film. I was getting thirsty just watching the movie... and I was already drinking.
This has aspects of Deliverance meets a Lynchian Outback and is truly frightening and mesmerizing at the same time.
This film isn't for everybody and yet, I can't help but recommend everyone see it.
