You're stuck in a relationship that doesn't work. You're in a career that seems to undermine your value. You're trapped in a town that is oblivious to your state of half-life. We all have been there.
Waitress will make you sigh because you know how the characters felt. you were there. This is probably one of the most overlooked films last decade. While at first, the film may look crude, I suggest you scratch the surface and maybe you'd realize there's a gem of a film underneath it all.
