Review of Waitress (2007) by Andrea V — 31 Dec 2012
'Quirky' is a word that immediately springs to mind after watching this movie. I happen to be a fan of Keri Russell's work and her performance here only strengthens that belief. I could possibly have rated it higher, but 3 stars seemed about right for what is a light hearted yet sometimes serious look at a woman trapped in an unhealthy marriage.
'Waitress' is better than average but not a classic.
