I'm sure this film was one sided, but interesting nonetheless. I never knew that the Teachers Union had a Jobs Bank like the UAW and I was really surprised that someone would be against Pay for Performance.
I would really have liked to see the Unions views on these topics. Tenure rules, that principle should spread to all fields!
