Fascinating case against the outdated mandates of the teacher unions, and for alternatives to the public school system handicapped by the union policies. This premise was a bit of an awakening, to someone like myself who has been sympathetic to the balance organized labor brings to the market.
It was uplifting to see, for once, the stirrings from within the system are apolitical, effective and focused on the kids.
