Review of Waiting for "Superman" (2010) by Adam F — 01 Aug 2011
A very interesting look inside the American school system. The documentary follows several families as the parents try and get their kids into better schools. The public school system is failing Americans and parents have to resort to lotteries to give their kids a better future.
The last twenty minutes of the film reveals whether each kid gets into better schools through nerve racking draws using lottery balls. Very tense and very emotional. A very good documentary.
