Draws a lot of emotions through the families they follow, but also educating on how the "system" works and all the bureaucracy and unions that prevents for real reform. Reveals that receiving a good education is up to chance or far more effort and sacrifice than what should be required.
More depressing than uplifting, but provides a glimpse of hope.
