While a film that hits on all cylinders in terms of bleak schools and teaching across the country I know many great teachers with great children that improve the overall system. It's a shame that the Dept of Education budget is less then 1/6th the Defense budget.

I would agree with the proposed DC system which would have increased teacher pay substantially based on performance. We have all had one or two teachers who s$&@ the bed.
