Sad how nearly every opportunity in the "Land of Opportunity" has been left up to chance. We don't only see this in our primary education system, but it crawls into the alleged "grade inflation" problems of our college graduates today.

Everyone wants an opportunity, but the system is not made in a way where it taps into the potential of every American. We must also consider the double bladed sword factor of entitled teacher unions vs lazy students with family problems.

I mean this for corporate-labor union relations as well. We all have to give in order to gain!
