What an eye opening documentary about bureaucracy impeding education, with interesting statistics and some real thought provoking content. This movie mostly lets parents off the hook, though, addressing only the system.
And after all, the kids in the high achieving charter schools have parents who care enough to put them in the lottery to get into them. But still, to see kids thrive or not depending on a bingo ball is hard.
