Waiting is not by any stretch of the mind a "quality" film but it did have some hilarious moments. My favorite without a doubt is the birthday singer scene where the kid being sung to looks terrified and then bursts into tears.
The awful things done to customers food is definitely realistic and also disgusting but you can't help feeling some of the people deserved it. Overall I will say it was funny but unnecessarily coarse and profane.
Plus, most of the characters are extremely one-dimensional.
