"Waiting..." is crude, dumb, poorly made, and generally very immature. But is it funny? Yes in some cases, including some Reynolds dialogue that is outstanding and a couple of scenes with the one crazy woman who had worked there for way too long.
Some of the stunts and gags grow way too old and gross by the end of the movie, but Reynolds displays a certain teenage charm and wit in his sleek character that will cause anyone to laugh a few times, and will make the movie go down much more smoothly.
