Maybe it's because I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and can relate so much, but I loved it. Characters are all written well and very funny. Luis Gusman as Raddimus the line cook has to be the funniest though.
David Koechner as the restaurant manager has some great lines too. The "show your balls & dick" game got annoying after a while, but altogether I really liked this. Reynolds and Long were surprisingly good leads.
