Review of Wait Until Dark (1967) by Bill G — 07 Oct 2008
Terence Young's adaptation of the stage thriller by Frederick Knott (Dial M for Murder) is somewhat dated, but the staginess gives it an appropriate sense of claustrophobia, the Henry Mancini score is effectively unnerving, and the last ten minutes remains a climax never to be forgotten.
