Review of Wait Until Dark (1967) by Emmett G — 12 Mar 2010
Hitchcock didn't direct this but he might as well have. This is an incredibly taut and suspenseful film. You feel this movie in your stomach. All the schmaltzy beginning aside stay with it and you'll be in for a surprisingly intense ride.
A classic that has been thrown to the side to make way for overly violent horror flicks. This is how a horror film should be done.
