Review of Wag the Dog (1997) by Miikka O — 04 Nov 2008
Highly entertaining! The cast is really strong and the story is quite bold, ironic and filled with satire. Some things are intentionally overly exaggerated and provide quite some decent comedic elements into play.
Director Levinson does his work flawlessly and worth mentioning are Woody Harrelson's haunting performance and Mark Knopfler's fitting musical score. Quite recommendable and especially after some incidents involving President Clinton.
