Dustin Hoffman and Robert De Niro give charismatic and much needed performances in this good, but not great political satire. Barry Levinson's film does have an all-star cast and a smart script, but it cannot decide if it's a comedy, or just pure satire.
A great time pass, but nothing you have to see.
