Review of Wag the Dog (1997) by Mikaela C — 13 Feb 2010
This movie is all about Dustin Hoffman as you just cant keep your eyes off of him in every scene. A brilliant and fascinating portrayal of a Hollywood producer and the subservient power they have in manipulation. Forget "old shoe" DiNero was washed out by the floppy hat he wore, this role could of been done by almost any other actor.
It is funny to see this script, in a sad way, and not think about the current war situation. While it was amusing when it came out and along with Bulworth a movie which you could laugh at but hoped it was not completely true.
