Worth a watch just for the cast list. Although emotive, and detailing an event that should be remembered and studied, this sprawling film seems sometimes trite, lacking the punch and finesse of such examples as Spielbergs Schindlers List.
It may be going throught the motions, but there are far worse films out there. Watch out for performances from Max von Sydow, Malcolm McDowell and Malcolm McDowell.
