It is one of the few foreign movies that I truly enjoy. I love Penelope Cruz in this movie.Not only she is very talented but she is SO gorgeous and sensuous!. She does remind me of Sophia Loren, the Italian babe of the 60s.
Cruz delivered a wonderful performance, complex and charming. Lively and colorful, a fantastic cocktail of comedy, love,drama,mystic and emotions from director Pedro Almodovar. I was hooked from the very beginning.
