Review of Viva Las Vegas (1964) by Laurel S — 15 May 2011
The real reason to watch this Elvis vehicle is Ann-Margret - maybe after 14 films, the King was tiring of the whole movie thing, this time around he just can't keep up with Margret's feisty (and sometimes unhinged) energy.
Still, its weird plot and colorful atmosphere make it some fun early-60s kitsch, maybe even a minor classic of its kind.
