You learn something new everyday! Before this movie I had never heard of "lactation sex". Now I have a pretty goody idea what it looks like. In general this movie has every shock-effect in it that you could think of: Incest, drug abuse, necrophilia, rape and violence in every way imaginable.
Normally I would say that this movie is just trying to shock the viewer, but Miike really know how to combine all these shock-effects with the darkest of humours. So you just end up laughing how absurd all this is.
At the latest when the father is screwing the corpse of his dead colleauge and starts praising mother nature for the wonder of a corpse becoming wet. Only to realise a few seconds after that the wetness arises from the bowel defecating.
