The weird prequel to "American Gangster"? The 1990s flicks had some terrrrible visions of the future didnt they. I blame that newfangled exciting internet invention. There are moments of campness and awfulness that actually veer on "bad in a funny way" but mostly its johnny mnemonic meets the lawnmower man.
