Know it is stupid to get upset over "critics" opinions on anything. Especially when their careers are just them farming for hate clicks with maximum condescension.
Wanted to write a review despite never doing so just to support this film against those being negative for the sake of being negative. It's does exactly what it promises in the trailers. if you like extremely cheesy action movies, you'll probably have fun. That's all there is to it. Has flaws, isn't doing anything new, but it knows it's inspirations well enough to make it competent in my opinion. I Will definitely be adding it on the rotation of holiday films to throw in the background with friends.
As unlikely as it is, there was enough there that I wouldn't mind a sequel. David Harbour was fun and honestly I just want a film that is 90% Santa giving lumps to those on the naughty list.
