One of the big difficulties with this movie is the fact that the protagonist's great goal for the whole movie is to become ... dun dun duuuunnnn ... a stewardess.
Sorry, "flight attendant.".
Nothing against that profession, but it's not easy to connect with someone whose grand goal is to get a position that is largely overlooked by most flyers. I can appreciate that she has a goal, but I can't feel for her when she has difficulties getting there.
Other than that, the movie is okay, but doesn't really rise above other similarly themed movies about discovering yourself.
